Multi-Skilled Employees
Many of our employees are trained in multiple disciplines. Machine designers support sales, estimating, and project management, while machine assemblers are also qualified to perform fabrication, welding and field service. Throughout the life of a project, shop staff can be shifted from one area to another to streamline workload and scheduling. This versatility ensures the highest quality product is made in the most time efficient schedule.
